México, presente en la Semana de la Moda de NY
El diseñador de origen mexicano César Galindo presentó una colección para la Primavera 2010 caracterizada por colores brillantes, modelos elegantes y sobre todo muy femeninos, en el inicio hoy de la esperada Semana de la Moda de Nueva York.
Galindo, incluido en el circuito oficial de diseñadores que mostrarán durante los próximos días sus nuevas creaciones y que incluye a varios latinos, llevó a la pasarela 46 diseños, en su mayoría vestidos, largos y cortos de cóctel, que mostraban la espalda y hombros, otros ceñidos a la cintura, muy propios para la temporada primaveral.
También pantalones palazzo anchos así como impecables conjuntos de faldas y pantalones, todos acentuando la figura femenina.

Los diseños de Galindo, el menor de once hijos de padres mexicanos, están dirigidos a una mujer que gusta lucir siempre elegante y femenina, teniendo como musas a las divas del cine Sofía Loren y María Félix.
"Mi musa de la vida es Sofía Loren, siempre me ha inspirado desde niño, y María Félix, una gran dama del cine mexicano. Son las mujeres en las que pienso cuando diseño mi ropa", señaló previo al lanzamiento de su nueva colección, inspirada en la fantasía.
Para Galindo, el momento económico difícil que vive el país requiere recurrir a una fantasía, que lleve a la mujer a olvidarse de los problemas que le rodean.
"¿Quién quiere vivir lo real? Hay que vivir la fantasía, es la manera en que uno se sale de esa depresión que hay en el mundo, es el escape", afirmó y agregó que el momento se presta para precisamente "llevar a la gente a otro lugar".

Siriano y Victoria's Secret
A sus solo veintitrés años, ya se ha convertido en una figura muy presente en el mundo de la moda. No solo ha sido el ganador de la cuarta temporada del reality Project Runway sino que ha ido escalando varias posiciones en el fashion business.
No son ajenas las colaboraciones para este diseñador. Ya ha realizado una línea de ropa junto a Bluefly y hasta una colección de calzado hermosa y económica con la gente de Payless desde que ganó el reality, y ahora ha creado una espectacular línea de maquillaje para la famosa firma de lencería Victoria´s Secret.
Se trata de la Christian Siriano for VS Makeup. Una edición limitada que contiene cinco maravillosas sombras de ojos, delineador color negro, tres brillos de labios en diferentes tonos, un iluminador con destellos en bronce, colorete y una bolsa de volados para que lleves tu maquillaje a todos lados bien ordenado.
Cada elemento se vende por separado y los precios van desde los 12 dólares hasta los 32. Y lo mejor es que no solo se trata de una línea muy completa sino que los colores han sido elegidos a la perfección para que se adapten a todos los tipos de piel y rostro.
La estética es muy elegante y sobria. Cada pieza llega en un envase color dorado con el nombre del diseñador mientras que el bolso que acompaña la línea es en color marrón con el detalle de cierre en dorado, que por cierto, tanto se están utilizando.

Jersey estilo Hollywood
Ya falta muy poco para que llegue mi estación favorita del año: "EL OTOÑO" ^^ además de que es mi cumpleaños en esta estación jejejeje, no es que el verano no me guste, pero el exceso de calor y húmedad no siempre es muy favorecedor :( sobre todo para personas como yo que el pelo es un desastre en esta época, el invierno tampoco es muy de mi agrado, pero en el otoño me siento como pez en el agua, y ya estoy ansiosa por sacar a pasear mis sueteres, aunque viendo estos que he encontrado creo que estoy decidida a adquirir uno nuevo, ¿Qué les parecen estos que algunas de las celebridades de Hollywood nos modelan? yo creo que me animare por alguno para estar bien abrigadita
